Elena Williams has been named supervising accountant at Yarlas, Kaplan, Santilli & Moran. Williams, who left her former home in Russia at age 17 in 1994, had been serving as a senior staff accountant. In her new role, she is supervising and reviewing the work of eight staff accountants. Williams has a B.S. from Rhode Island College.
