Elizabeth A. Armstrong has been promoted to senior regional sales manager for the Rhode Island metro region at CCO Investment Services Corp., an affiliate of Citizens Bank.
She is a vice president at the company, and previously served as financial consultant.
Armstrong joined Citizens in 2003 from Fleet Securities, where she was an area sales manager for Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
