Elizabeth Folcarelli has been named chief strategy officer for Fellowship Health Resources Inc. In the position, she will directing the strategic planning process along with developing an agency business plan and pursuing development opportunities. Folcarelli has a B.A. from Rhode Island College, a M.S. from Salve Regina University and is currently completing her PhD. in organization and management at Capella University.
