Andrew H. Russo has been named national sales and engineering manager at Cooley
Group’s engineered membranes division. He will be responsible for developing specifications
for environmental containment solutions and providing service to new and existing
customers. He previously served as manager for international sales at Maccaferri
Environmental Solutions. Russo is a graduate of the State University of New York
at Plattsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences and has studied
civil engineering at John Hopkins University.
