Eugene G. Bernardo II has been named partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn in Providence. He concentrates his practice in the area of tax-exempt financing and municipal law. Bernardo has been involved in the issuance of more than $2.5 billion in tax-exempt securities as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and letter of credit bank counsel. He has represented governmental issues in a variety of complex matters before state and federal courts.
