FleetBoston Financial today launched corporate.fleet.com, a new service that offers Fleet corporate clients a single point of access to a wide-range of capabilities and information. The new offering is the latest Internet-based portal service developed by Fleet for customer groups under its company-wide e-Catalyst initiative.
The new Web portal allows Fleet corporate clients to conduct cash management, foreign exchange, trade finance and fixed-income transactions on the Internet. In addition, all online users will have free access to a wide-array of research and commentary from Fleet economists and Fleet Global Markets strategists, as well as information on Fleet’s expertise in products and services ranging from corporate banking to investment banking, treasury products, asset management and international services.

“This new tool is one of many initiatives focused on improving the corporate customer experience,” said H. Jay Sarles, vice chairman and head of wholesale banking at FleetBoston Financial.
Corporate.fleet.com allows users to create a customized “My Fleet” homepage to suit their individual needs and interests. A viewer can select from over 20 Fleet publications, as well as a variety of industry news feeds that will be automatically updated.
