Frank Justin has been named program director at the Wound Care Center at South County Hospital. He will continue working with the doctors and nurses and will oversee all aspects of the center. Justin brings to his position 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in acute-care facilities, as well as a 20 year background in health care marketing. •
