The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners has awarded Frank R. DeLuca, a partner in the accounting firm of Piccerelli, Gilstein & Company of Providence, the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. CFEs are responsible for resolving a wide range of allegations of fraud and white-collar crime. An active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of CPAs, DeLuca lives in Cranston with his family.
