Kathleen Gray has been named design manager at Creative Office Pavilion of Providence. She will present design plans to prospective and existing clientele and support the sales force. Previously she was senior designer at Creative Office Pavilion. Gray studied fine arts and interior design at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was the recipient of Rhode Island Monthly’s 2000 Gold Award for Commercial Design.
