Gail Patry, project manager for Quality Partners of Rhode Island, has been elected chairman of the board of directors for the Rhode Island Central Directory for Nurses Inc. She oversees the daily operations of projects in the nursing home and hospital settings. Patry has been a board member of the RICDN since 2002 and will serve as chairman from 2004-2008. She lives in Warwick.
