Gaines Hutcheson has been named vice president and business manager of Providence-based Teknor Apex Co.’s rubber and chemical divisions. He was most recently vice president and plant manager of Teknor’s Carolina Co. plant in Fountain Inn, S.C. In his new role, Hutcheson is responsible for chairing both business teams and establishing strategic vision for the businesses. He lives in Barrington.
