Glen Viglone has been named director of construction of BlueChip Properties LLC, in Providence. He was formerly senior project manager for Spaulding & Slye, of Boston and Washington, D.C., directing construction of the NorthPoint project, in Cambridge, Mass. In his new role, Viglone is responsible for managing construction of the One Ten Westminster Luxury Residences, in Providence, and for other BlueChip projects.
