WEST GREENWICH, R.I. (PRNewswire) — GTECH, a global supplier of systems and services to the lottery and gaming industries, has signed agreements with more than 500 of its lottery retailers in Chile to offer electronic bill payment services at lottery retailer outlets nationwide.
Under the terms of the agreements, GTECH will provide its lottery retailer outlets with new central system hardware and software designed specifically for bill payments, enabling lottery agents to process bill payments for utility and service companies.

Residents in over 100 cities and towns in Chile will have access to this new service, the company said. GTECH also said it anticipates signing agreements with 12 service companies and 300 additional lottery retailers by the end of this year.
