Maureen G. Phipps, MD, MPH has joined Women & Infants Hospital’s division
of research in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. She is currently collaborating
with members of the Brown Medical School Department of Community Health to investigate
issues of infant mortality and maternal risk factors. Dr. Phipps completed her
residency training at Women & Infants in 1998. She earned her masters degree
in public health from the University of Michigan in 1999, completed a fellowship
at the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program in 2000, and served as a
member of the department of obstetrics and gynecology. She is a resident of Wrentham,
Massachusetts.
