Heather Balcarcel has been named associate director of membership at the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. Balcarcel will be responsible for forming relationships with potential new member businesses, as well as increasing involvement within the Chamber’s member companies. Previously, Balcarcel held positions at Excel Life Sciences and Center Watch. She has a B.A. from Providence College. •
