Heather Dawood has been promoted to vice president and branch channel director for Citizens Bank’s commercial cards department. She manages a team of relationship managers that supports business banking and branch channels across the company. Dawood joined Citizens in 2003 and has held various key roles. She has a B.A. in English and communications from the University of Massachusetts. •
