Susan Ready
Susan Ready has been appointed vice president of New England Sales Operations at Xerox Corporation. She will be responsible for sales, marketing and financial operations for Xerox’s direct sales force in New England’s commercial sector, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire. Ready began working for Xerox as a sales trainee in 1981. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University in Westchester, N.Y. She resides in Hopkinton with her husband Howard and two children.

William H. Parkhurst has joined eBondUSA.com as senior vice president of sales and marketing. He previously served as managing director at U,S.Bancorp Piper Jaffray’s Tax Exempt Income Group in San Francisco and Minneapolis and was a partner and registered securities principal at Smith Mitchell and Company in San Francisco.

“Financing High-Tech Home Runs: Covering All The Bases” is a seminar being presented by Tillinghast Licht Perkins Smith And Cohen, LLP and Ernst and Young, LLP. Jerry Cohen, chair of the Science and Technology Group at Tillinghast Licht Perkins Smith and Cohen, and Jack Summer of the accounting firm Ernst and Young will offer strategic advice for the high-technology business. The event takes place Wednesday, October 11 at the office of Tillinghast Licht Perkins Smith and Cohen, Ten Weybosset St., from 5:30 to 7 p.m. with a networking reception to follow. Kevin Mulcahey has joined UNICOM as project manager. He was formerly employed at Integrated Partners as technical services manager and Aquidneck Management as project manager. Mulcahey is a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy where he was on the staff of the Naval War College as well as director of corporate systems in the Bureau of Naval Personnel in Washington, D.C. He holds a master’s degree in MIS.

Peter Rocha has been promoted to manager of inside sales and operations at UNICOM. He will responsible for overseeing customer and vendor relationships.
