PROVIDENCE, R.I. — General Treasurer Paul J. Tavares and representatives of the Rhode Island Higher Education Assistance Authority (RIHEAA) and Alliance Capital are hosting a breakfast meeting for more than 150 local financial professionals on Thursday, December 14.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss with Rhode Island’s financial community the state’s new higher education savings plan, the CollegeBoundfund (CBf), a program administered by the General Treasurer’s office and RIHEAA, and managed by Alliance Capital.
