HKS completes AC engineering acquisition

PAWTUCKET – Simulation solutions provider HKS, Inc. has announced that it completed its acquisition of AC Engineering, Inc. Since 1986, AC Engineering represented HKS and its ABAQUS products in the Midwest region of the U.S. The organization provided support, software sales, and advanced engineering consulting services for ABAQUS customers in the Midwest. AC Engineering will become ABAQUS Solutions Midwest (ASMW) and maintain its existing place of business in West Lafayette, Ind.
