William R. Casey has been promoted to customer systems officer at Amica Mutual Insurance’s customer systems department. He began working for Amica in 1988 as associate adjuster in the Manchester, N.H., regional office. Casey went on to work in the Raleigh. N..C., office and the claims executive department. A graduate of the University of Richmond, he is a resident of East Greenwich.
