Integrated Spatial Information issues quarterly results

PARKER, Colo. (BUSINESS WIRE) — Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc.,
with offices in Rhode Island, reported that it is now current with its SEC filing
obligations by filing both its 10-KSB for fiscal 2000 and 10-QSB for the first
quarter of fiscal 2001. For its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2000, ISIS reported
a net loss of $2.6 million versus a net loss of $1.1 million for fiscal 1999.
Results include an expense of $589,432 related to litigation settlements, compared
with a litigation-related gain of $414,312 a year earlier. Revenues decreased
to $6.04 million from $7.99 million as a result of lower contract awards related
primarily to the effects of Y2K concerns in the first and second fiscal quarters.
