Ivy Denise Locke has joined Rhode Island College in Providence as vice president of administration and finance. She has 20 years’ experience, including seven years as financial administrator. Locke most recently served as vice president of business and finance at Southeast Missouri State University. She has a doctorate from the University of Florida, an M.B.A. from Washington University and a bachelor’s from Emory University.
