James Arnold has been promoted to controller, claim strategies at Starkweather & Shepley. He oversees the workers’ compensation division, client account financial adminstration, financial audit reviews, client contracts and service proposals. Arnold joined the company in 1993, holding various positions of increasing responsibility in operations management and cost containment. Arnold holds a state certification in workers’ compensation claims.
