James B. Sheehan has been promoted to senior vice president of the Corporate Credit Risk Management Group at Citizens Bank. He will be responsible for oversight of consumer credit risk for all indirect product lines, as well as the fraud training program within consumer lending services. Sheehan has a B.S. in business management from Johnson & Wales University. •
