James Cuccia has been named food and beverage manager at Castle Hill Inn & Resort. He will oversee the dining, front of the house and banquet operations and work alongside executive chef Jonathan Cambra. Cuccia has worked at Castle Hill for more than 10 years and has held various positions, all with increasing responsibility. He has a B.A. in communication studies from the University of Rhode Island. •
