James DiNunzio has been promoted to vice president of adult services for Gateway Healthcare in Pawtucket. He has been with the company for 15 years and most recently held the position of director of emergency services. In his new role, DiNunzio has supervisory responsibility for the clinical and administrative functions within the adult services department of the company.
