James P. Kipp has been appointed vice president/senior finance manager of New England banking finance at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He was formerly vice president/senior financial analyst at Bank of America. Kipp has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Vermont and a master’s in finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
