James R. Will of Amica Mutual Insurance Company has been elected assistant vice president of the company’s claims executive department. He started with the company in 1986 and has been an officer since 2001. Will earned the chartered property casualty underwriter designation in 1995. He received a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania’s Allegheny College. Will lives in Hope.
