James T. Reed has been appointed vice president/senior compensation consultant in human resources at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in August from CDM in Cambridge, Mass., where he was a compensation manager in human resources. Reed has a bachelor’s degree in labor relations from UMass Boston and a juris doctorate from New England School of Law. He lives in Sudbury, Mass.
