Jane Williams has been named dean of the School of Nursing at Rhode Island College.
She is secretary of the board of Rhode Island Hospital and a member of the advisory board for the Rhode Island Area Health Education Center and the Health Partnership Council of Rhode Island, among others.
Williams has a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, an MSN from New York University and a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island.
