Janet Raymond, senior vice president for economic development at the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, has been elected president of the Northeastern Economic Development Association. She has been an NEDA board member since 1993, holding most of the association’s key offices. Raymond joined the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce in 1993. She lives in Coventry.
