Jeff Johnson has been named senior vice president, general manager of the technology finance division at Textron Financial. He will oversee the division’s inventory and accounts receivable financing activities focused specifically on the information-technology industry. He has a B.S. in math and statistics from the University of California and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. •
