Jeffrey B. Cianciolo joined Reavis & Haskell LLC of Providence as
a member. He represents clients on business and general corporate law matters.
Cianciolo previously worked at Duffy Sweeney & Scott Ltd. He is a member
of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar associations, and is an active member
of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s business organizations committee. Cianciolo
is on the board of trustees of Community Preparatory School. He received a bachelor’s
degree from Boston College and his juris doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.
Cianciolo lives in East Greenwich.
