Jeffrey P. Gagnon has been named assistant vice president in training and development at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Gagnon began working for Amica in 1989 as an adjuster in southern California and has worked as a claims supervisor, structured settlement specialist, senior claims supervisor, assistant manager of the Rhode Island claims department and assistant director of training and development. •
