Jennifer Turner Halfpenny has been promoted to vice president of client services at North Star Marketing. In the role, Turner will assume responsibility for North Star’s client experiences. Previously, she worked at Bluestreak and served as vice president and director of e-marketing at Right Coast Marketing. She has a B.S. in marketing from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. •
