Jerry O’Connor has been named project manager of BlueChip Properties LLC, developer of the One Ten Luxury Residences in Providence. Prior to joining BlueChip, O’Connor worked for G. Accion S.A. de C.V., the largest public real estate company in Mexico. In his new role, O’Connor oversees development of the One Ten project, including management of construction, design and purchasing, as well as coordination of all financing activities.
