Jill H. Andy has been named assistant vice president in the human resources department of Amica Mutual Insurance Co. in Lincoln. She was most recently manager of the claims department. Andy began working for Amica in 1988 as an associate adjuster in the Baltimore regional office. She has received the chartered property casualty underwriter professional designation.
