Jill H. Andy has been named vice president in the human resources department of Amica Life Insurance Co. Andy first worked as an associate adjuster. She began working in the human resources arena in 2006 and was recently named head of that department. She has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and has earned the insurance industry’s CPCU professional designation.
