John J. Brosnan has been named vice president and retirement plan manager in trust employee benefits at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in March from Bank of America, where he was a vice president and relationship manager. Brosnan is responsible for delivery to corporate clients of Citizens’ products and services for the administration and enhancement of their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
