John Quinn has been promoted to executive vice president / director of technology project management for Citizens Bank’s services group. He most recently worked as senior vice president / director of technology project management. Quinn joined Citizens as manager / branch operations in 1996. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Rhode Island Autism Project, Inc. A resident of East Greenwich, Quinn earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
