John Winkleman has been named replacement for Johnston-based AIPSO‘s vice president & actuary Glenn Fresch when he retires in March. Winkleman will be responsible for managing the actuarial services department. He has been with the company since 1992. Winkleman holds the designation of Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York Buffalo.
