Joseph F. Hooper, credit director of small business lending at Citizens bank in Providence has been promoted to senior vice president. He most recently was vice president in the same position. Hooper has worked for Citizens for more than 40 years and was branch manager of various locations in Rhode Island. He has a bachelor of science in accounting from Providence College and an MBA degree in accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield.
