Joseph Perroni has been named vice president of sales of Altus Dental Insurance Co. in Providence. He has more than a decade of experience in health care, serving the past four years as director of sales at Altus. In his new role, Perroni manages business development and client retention efforts throughout Massachusetts and is responsible for product development and strategic planning.
