Karen Belmonte has been promoted to vice president/business systems manager in the cash management department of Citizens Bank. She most recently held the position of assistant vice president in the same position. She joined the bank in 2000 as an officer/manager in Citizens Services Group administration. Belmonte received a bachelor’s degree from Simmons College in Boston. She lives in Holbrook, Mass.
