Kathleen M. Rhodes has been named IRA coordinator in the office of the vice president at Citizens-Union Savings Bank. Rhodes will continue to enhance the IRA program, as well as generate new business and referrals. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the retirement services area to the role. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers School of Financial Studies. •
