Kent W. Gladding has been appointed chairman of the board of trustees for VNA of Care New England. He is a director of investments at Washington Trust Co.’s Washington Trust Investors. Previously, Gladding served as chief investment officer and senior vice president for Citizens Bank. He is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Institute. •
