Kimberly McDonough has been appointed to the board of trustees for OceanPoint Financial Partners MHC. McDonough is the founder and CEO of Advanced Pharmacy Concepts Inc., which was named Rhode Island Minority Business of 2006 by Gov. Donald L. Carcieri and the R.I. Economic Development Corporation. In 2007, McDonough received the Rhode Island Business Entrepreneur of the Year award from the U.S. Small Business Administration. •
