Kristen L. DiSanto has been promoted to senior vice president of human resources at Washington Trust. She is responsible for managing the human resources function, including staffing, training, compensation, benefits and employee relations. DiSanto has more than 18 years of human resources experience, primarily in the banking industry. She has a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Rhode Island. •
