Linn F. Freedman has been promoted to partner at Nixon Peabody LLP. She is specializes in health care law.
She was lead lawyer for the state when Rhode Island first sued lead-paint manufacturers; at the time, she was deputy chief of the civil division at the attorney general’s office.
Freedman is also a co-founder of the Rhode Island Quality Institute and the Rhode Island Business Group on Health.
She is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law in Chicago.
