Log On America, Inc. announced the strategic acquisition of all the high-end commercial Internet accounts of Rhode Island-based, Virtual Media Technologies, Inc. Prominent accounts include Advanced Chemical and Nortek, among others. This acquisition accelerates Log On America’s penetration of the commercial market for bundled communications products and value added services, company officials said. David Paolo, Chairman and CEO of Log On America, said, “This extremely cost efficient, vertical transaction immediately adds to our stream of recurring revenues.
